Fees are based on the complexity of the orthodontic solution and the length of treatment. We realize that orthodontic treatment requires a financial commitment and we will do our best to find a financial plan that fits your budget.
We offer interest-free in-house financing, long-term financing through Chase Health Advance, and a discount for payment in full. Payment methods include Visa and MasterCard, a health savings plan, or flex spending account.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Many insurance policies offer a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is in addition to regular dental benefits. We accept most PPO dental insurance providers, including Delta, MetLife, Aetna, Cigna, United Concordia, and Blue Shield/Anthem, among others.
As you know, insurance policies vary wildly, so we will review your individual policy and check your benefits prior to starting treatment. If you have questions about your insurance company or coverage, please give us a call.
We will gladly submit claims to your insurance company(s) on your behalf as a courtesy to you. If, however, your insurance benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
